We sell cryptocurrency mining hardware, high-performance graphics cards, and other innovative tech products like Starlink systems.

Are your products new or refurbished?

All products in our store are new and in their original packaging. Should this be different in an individual case, this will be explicitly stated at the top of the product description.

what is the scope of delivery?

In general, it can be said that the scope of delivery always corresponds exactly to that of the manufacturer. You will receive each item in the manufacturer’s original packaging.

Are you currently the cheapest supplier for mining equipment and next-gen electronics?

Our company imported hardware cost-effectively with low tariffs using a specific method. Bulk orders from manufacturers (e.g., China) secure substantial discounts, which we partially pass on to customers. Our streamlined, cost-efficient, and optimized processes further enable these savings. However, we don’t always offer the lowest prices and provide no low-price guarantee.

Will sold-out products be restocked?

Sold-out products are either sold or reserved. Whether and when they will be restocked varies individually and usually takes a relatively long time.

Can I place a bulk order?

Bulk orders are possible upon agreement. Please contact us via email to discuss further.

ARE THERE ANY ADDIOTIONAL FEES?

We ship from the US. Of course, there are no customs duties or other fees for any product.

Can I get help setting up my miner?

Why do you have miners in the store that are not yet available on Bitmain?

In fact, we already have some ready-to-ship devices in an exclusive presale at bitmain before the official release. The quantities are therefore very limited.

Shipping
FROM WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Irvine, California.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We currently ship with UPS and Old Dominion.

DO YOU SHIP WORLWIDE?

No. Our products are currently reserved for US customers. However, an expansion to Europe is being planned.

What is the shipping time for ‘In Stock’ products?

The shipping time depends on the chosen shipping method and your delivery address. After payment is received, items are shipped via standard shipping within 1 to 2 business days. Freight shipments require 7 to 10 business days for processing. Additionally, the transit time of the selected shipping method, displayed at checkout, is added.

Can I track my order?

We will, of course, provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to conveniently track your shipment online and coordinate the delivery.

Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?

We currently support payment by credit card or cryptocurrencies. Since we as blockchain fanatics believe in decentralized means of payment and want to support them, we grant a small discount when paying with cryptocurrencies.

My credit card has been declined. What can I do?

Our online store has an advanced anti-fraud system to prevent credit card fraud. In this regard, we work closely with our payment processor Stripe. Higher amounts are often rejected by your bank, sometimes the store’s own security system classifies an order as suspicious. Especially if there have been many attempts to pay – in the worst case with different credit cards.
In this case, payment by credit card is no longer available to you.

What happens if I have paid by cryptocurrency and closed the browser window?

In this case, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. You can find the transaction ID in your wallet. This is already sufficient to assign the payment. You will also receive an email with your order and order number in any case.

What happens if I pay with cryptocurrencies and the time window has expired?

You don’t have to worry about this either. In this case, simply contact us. If the payment arrives late, we can of course mark the order as paid manually. Please note, however, that the products in the shopping cart are no longer reserved. If someone else comes before you, we will send you the money back and unfortunately have to cancel the order.

I have not received a payment confirmation by email?

Be sure to check your junk or spam folder. If you cannot find any email there either, simply contact our support.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 30 days of making a purchase.

Do your products come with a warranty?

We offer a 365-day warranty from the date of shipment. During this period, we will cover all shipping costs for returning the defective product to us and sending a replacement device if the product proves to be defective.

How do I start a return?

Whether you use our warranty or money-back guarantee, the process is simple:
1. Contact us via email with your order number and invoice.
2. Receive a prepaid shipping label or arranged collection for freight items.
3. After we receive the item, get a refund (money-back guarantee) or a repaired/replaced item.
