Cryptocurrencies: As blockchain enthusiasts, we support decentralized payments and accept various cryptocurrencies. Payments are securely processed through MyCryptoCheckout with SSL encryption. To encourage cryptocurrency use, we offer a small discount on orders paid with cryptocurrencies.
Credit and Debit Cards: We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted using SSL to protect your banking information.
Payment Processes and Information
Our online store employs an advanced anti-fraud system to prevent credit card fraud, working closely with our payment processor, Stripe. Declines may occur for high transaction amounts flagged by your bank or if our security system classifies an order as suspicious, particularly after multiple payment attempts or use of different cards. If a credit card is declined, payment by credit card may no longer be available for that order. In such cases, we recommend using an alternative payment method, such as cryptocurrency, or contacting our support team for assistance.
When paying with cryptocurrency and closing the browser window after initiating the payment, there is no cause for concern. The transaction ID in your cryptocurrency wallet is sufficient for us to track and assign the payment. You will also receive an email confirmation containing your order details and order number.
If the cryptocurrency payment window expires, you can contact our support team. We can manually mark your order as paid once the payment is received. However, products in your shopping cart are no longer reserved after the time window expires. If another customer purchases the items before your payment is processed, we will refund your payment and cancel the order.
If you do not receive a payment confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder. If the email is not found, our support team is available to assist you promptly.
