Warranty
- A 365-day warranty is provided starting from the shipping date. We will cover shipping costs when shipping a replacement unit within the warranty period.
- The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who purchased directly from us. Once resold, warranty coverage becomes the responsibility of the re-seller.
- For Miners: If the user fails to use the product per the given instructions, specifications, and conditions provided or changes the function settings of the unit without our prior consent, we will not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
No Additional Fees
- This point refers mainly to our miners. Of course, there are no customs duties or other fees for other products.
- We have been able to import most of our hardware in very large quantities and at favorable import fees. We are therefore able to pass on some of the reduced purchase prices to our customers.
- We resell all miners from the US: NO ADDITIONAL FEES!
