We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 30 day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 30 days of making a purchase.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.
Shipping items
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
For freight items, we will organize pick-up.
Refund processing time
Once the item arrives at our warehouse, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 2 business days.
Warranty
Warranty Coverage
We offer a 365-day warranty from the date of shipment. During this period, we will cover all shipping costs for returning the defective product to us and sending a replacement device if the product proves to be defective.
Eligibility
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser who purchased the product directly from us. Once the product is resold, warranty coverage becomes the responsibility of the reseller.
Conditions for Miners
If the user fails to use the product according to the provided instructions, specifications, and conditions, or changes the function settings of the unit without our prior consent, we will not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
Claiming a Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, you must contact us first to obtain a Warranty Claim Authorization (WCA). Claims will not be accepted without a valid WCA. Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or purchase order, to process your claim.
Shipping Replacement Units
Once your warranty claim is approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for returning the defective unit. You must ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is found to be damaged due to improper packaging or used beyond reasonable inspection, we may reject the warranty claim.
For freight items, we will organize pick-up.
