Shipping and Delivery Options
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit the needs of our customers.
Free Shipping
As part of our commitment to an exceptional shopping experience, we are pleased to offer free shipping off non-freight products worth over $100.
Flat Rate Shipping
To ensure affordability and simplicity in our shipping process, we provide a $10 flat rate shipping option for non-freight products.
Weight Based Shipping
For freight products, the following pricing applies:
First 1,000 lbs: $400 flat rate.
Over 1,000 lbs: $400 + $0.13 per additional pound.
If specific shipping costs are listed for a product, those will apply instead.
Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit the needs of our customers:
– UPS Ground: 1-5 business days.
– Old Dominion Truckload: 3-5 business days.
After shipping, the buyer will receive the tracking number of the shipment.
We strive for a swift preparation process and orders are typically process non-freight items within 1 to 2 business days. Freight items are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

If your order is significantly delayed, you will have the choice to continue with the order, modify it, or cancel it for a full refund.
